Dragflow Pumps are used for de-watering
|

Dragflow pump as used in sump applications. High solids content up to 70% by weight with up to Ø5 inch solids
|
Dragflow pumps are particularly effective in the following sectors:
|
-
Public works
Dredging of canals and harbours, clean-up of locks, extraction of gravel or sand, emptying of caissons and bulkheads.
-
Offshore Works
Barges transfer
-
Sand extraction
-
Mining
Clean-up of setting tanks, extraction of coal, minerals and foundry sand
-
All types of effluent with solids in suspension
|
Industrial waste
Extraction of slag, forge scale, calcines, sludges, settling sludges, petroleum and tar residues.
-
Clean-up of rivers, lakes and lagoons
-
Dredging and harbours
-
Under water work
-
Ecological recovery
-
Inert wash sludges
-
Marble dust
-
Heavy soil
-
Sewage

Advantages:
Advanced Design
The agitator picks up materials too coarse for pumping and puts the solids in suspension; the pump, which is positioned above, sucks them easily, handling high concentration of solids.
Abrasion Resistance
The parts which are subjected to wear and tear are made of a special alloy with a high chromium content.

Self Cleaning
The action of the agitator rejects material which is too large, thus preventing it from blocking the strainer.
Pumping
Capability of pumping all material which can be put in suspension in water with the presence of solids up to Ø120 mm.
