EIGHT REASONS FOR CHOOSING DRAGFLOW

1. HIGH EFFICIENCY AGITATOR

The mixing and excavating movement is created by the Hi-CR steel agitator cutter blades. The lifts and sucks in settled sediments and solids, creating a continuous uninterrupted flow of concentrated slurry into the pump.

2. LOW OPERATING RPM

Lower operating RPM guarantees lower wear rates and prolonged component life. Compared to other pumps of similar capacity Dragflow offers a lower operating speed. For example, the model EL-150 has an amazingly low operating speed of 650 rpm.

3. OVERSIZED MOTORS

All Dragflow electric motors are oversized and are designed for slurries with S.G. up to 1.6 Kg/dm3. Hydraulic driven version is also available in order to grant higher performances for hard compacted sand where a mechanical action could be required to remove it. Dragflow hydraulic excavator/s model EXHY can be coupled directly on the pump.

4. ROBUST CONSTRUCTION

Long life and performance reliability are guaranteed by robust, heavy-duty construction. Extra strong wear components provide a longer life between spare part changes. El-150 weights 3,500 Kg. which is significantly heavier than comparable 110 kW sand pumps. All parts that are exposed or subjected to abrasive wear are manufactured in GS 500 castings or chromium steel alloys.

5. THRUST BEARINGS

All Dragflow models have been designed with dual thrust bearings to reduce vibration and counter thrust drives in both directions.

6. SOLIDS HANDLING CHARACTERISTICS

Dragflow sand pump parts have been specially designed and shaped to provide outstanding performance, providing superb solids handling capabilities but with reduced wear (solid size up to 120 mm).

7. STRUCTURAL CHARACTERISTICS
  • HC-CR Wear Plate Adjustment
This plate, which is located at the pump inlet, maintains maximum performance for long operational periods simply by the easy adjustment of the gap between it and the impeller.
  • Forcing Bolt
    This bolt facilitates easy disassembly.
  • Compartmentalized parts ∓ casings
Separation of parts that are subjected to abrasion, allows for partial part replacements
  • Lubrication ∓ Inspection of Ports
A wide-angle port outside of the pump ensures easy inspection of shaft sealing oil levels as well as providing easy access for lubrication.
8. PROVEN WORLDWIDE – GLOBAL SALES ∓ SERVICE PRESENCE

Dragflow pumps are being used in the world’s harshest environments.

Our global sales and service network ensures that we provide the highest level of sales and after-sales service.
